Community and knowledge sharing are the drivers behind Prominds
Lars Romerdahl and Chris Ramsby, both of them with many years of experience in change management, are the founders of ProMinds. The two partners began with a common goal to create an environment for change consultants who wished to be independent but lacked a community, socially and professionally. This was the start of the consultancy and network company ProMinds A/S in 2004.
Knowledge sharing is one of the corner stones of ProMinds’ concept, and ProMinds Academy was established on day one with free seminar activities as an important part of the philosophy of the company. Today, it has evolved into an extensive course and training section within the knowledge company of ProMinds, in which the clients of the consultancy also can achieve access to open competence development and knowledge sharing.
ProMinds has progressed into being a strong, knowledge based company. The consultant portfolio is one of the most comprehensive in Denmark as well as being one of the most complete within IT change management. Furthermore, ProMinds is in the lead within task force match making in holistic change management, IT consultancy and IT test management, and ProMinds is today very strongly represented among the top Danish and International clients in this field.
